EFFECT: (1) Provides that fees under an agreement to locate and recover unclaimed property held by the Department of Revenue that exceed five percent of the value of the property reasonably expected to be recovered constitute a violation of the Consumer Protection Act.
(2) Adds effective dates for Sections 7 and 9.
