On page 2, beginning on line 24, after "possession," strike all material through "objects" on line 25 and insert "the defense may make a motion to dismiss those other charges without prejudice. In such instances, the court may grant the defense motion unless the prosecutor objects"

EFFECT: Permits the defense to make a motion to dismiss nonpossession charges filed under the same cause number and arising from the same course of conduct as the dismissed possession charge, and permits the court to grant that motion unless the prosecutor objects.
