On page 11, line 15, after "vote" insert ": PROVIDED, That in order to continue working past 12:00 A.M., a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members present is required. If the motion fails, the house is not prevented from concluding the business which is currently before the body at 12:00 A.M. before adjourning. No house staff member shall report to work on any working day until at least eight (8) hours have elapsed after the previous day's adjournment"

EFFECT: Amends Rule 14 by requiring a two-thirds vote of members present to work past midnight, and providing that staff may not report to work before eight hours have passed from the previous day's adjournment.
