On page 19, beginning on line 15, after "(2)" strike all material through "projects" on line 23 and insert "Nothing in this act establishes or amends a requirement for the use of a project labor agreement or other wage labor requirements in state law, including a requirement of tax incentives established under state law"

EFFECT: Clarifies that nothing in this act will change any requirements for project labor agreements or other wage labor requirements, including those required as part of a tax incentive.
