On page 7, after line 18, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. Section 1 of this act takes effect July 1, 2035."

EFFECT: Delays the effective date for the section of the bill that raises the area median income threshold for Covenant Homeownership Program eligibility and authorizes loan forgiveness to July 1, 2035.
