Brief Summary of Bill
Creates a dual credit subsidy program for eligible students from low-income households.
Reduces per college credit fees for college in the high school students.
Makes changes to Running Start Program provisions, for example related to funding and summer enrollment.
Expands requirements to notify students and their parents about dual credit programs and available financial assistance.
Creates a dual credit incentive rebate.
