On page 21, line 19 of the striking amendment, after “chapter.” insert “In collaboration with interested parties, the attorney general shall develop guidance for how parties to a material transaction may comply in good faith with sections 4 through 6 and 9 through 11 of this act."

EFFECT: Requires the Attorney General to collaborate with interested parties to develop guidance for how parties to a material change transaction can comply in good faith with the bill's requirements.
