On page 2, line 1, after "(4)" insert "The attorney general must produce and provide to every television station and radio station in the state a public service announcement warning against the risks and possible complications, including blindness, that may result from scleral tattooing. The announcement must include a toll-free number that can be used to obtain more information about scleral tattooing and to report violations of this section.
