    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Provides that a woman acting as a surrogate and each intended parent may not enter into more than three surrogacy contracts.  In order for a surrogacy contract to be valid, the woman acting as a surrogate and each intended parent must agree to have no more than one embryo transferred under the agreement.
