    On page 26, line 19, increase the general fund-state   

appropriation for fiscal year 2019 by $226,000

    On page 26, line 28, strike "(($238,000)) $464,000" and insert "$238,000"

EFFECT: Shifts the appropriation authority for the Lead-Based Paint Enforcement Program within the Department of Enterprise Services from the Lead Paint Account to the General Fund-State.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund - State by $266,000

Decreases Lead Paint Account - State by $266,000
