On page 4, beginning on line 19, after "trial" strike all material through "claim" on line 10, and insert ", an additional fifty thousand dollars for each year served under a sentence of death pursuant to chapter 10.95 RCW, and twenty-five thousand dollars for each year served on parole, community custody, or as a registered sex offender pursuant only to the felony or felonies which are grounds for the claim, the total of all compensation under this subsection (5)(a) not to exceed a total of three hundred thousand dollars"

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any

internal references accordingly.

On page 5, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "(5)(a)"

strike "and (b)"
