    On page 1, line 5 of the striking amendment, after "town" insert "in a county with a population of no more than five hundred thousand people"

    On page 1, line 27 of the striking amendment, after "city" insert "in a county with a population of no more than five hundred thousand people"

EFFECT:  Provides that only cities and towns located in counties with a population of no more than five hundred thousand people may establish warrant officer positions (rather than any city or town).
