On page 3, after line 7, insert the following:
     "(c) The department of commerce must establish and maintain a fund accessible by counties, cities, towns, and school districts to seek reimbursement for unpaid impact fees that were deferred under (a) of this subsection (3). To be eligible to receive funds, a county, city, town, or school district must submit: The lot or unit's parcel number, address, or other identifying information; the identity of the current property owner; a copy of the covenant or other agreement by which the impact fee was deferred; and a certification that the deferred impact fees remain unpaid."
