    On page 7, line 37, after "mandatory" insert "for a second or subsequent finding under this subsection"

EFFECT:   Provides that the sentencing enhancement for attempting to elude a police vehicle for a second or subsequent offense is mandatory and must run consecutively to all other sentencing penalties.
