     On page 47, after line 4, insert the following:

    "(6) Sufficient amounts are appropriated within this section to implement chapter . . . (Substitute House Bill No. 1420), Laws of 2013 (public contracts for transportation improvement projects)."

EFFECT:  Indicates that sufficient funding is available in the department of transportation's local programs appropriations to fund Substitute House Bill 1420 regarding public transportation contracts for transportation improvement projects. 

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
