   On page 108, line 14, after "(veterans' innovations program)." insert the following:

"Of the amount appropriated in this subsection, $50,000 is provided solely for a feasibility study on the use of medical vouchers for veterans that enable them to go to hospitals other than VA hospitals."

EFFECT: Directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to conduct a feasibility study within the $3,000,000 appropriated for the veterans innovations program on the use of medical vouchers that allow veterans to go to hospitals other than VA hospitals.

FISCAL IMPACT: No change to appropriated levels; however, moneys within appropriated levels are earmarked for a specific purpose.
