AN ACT Relating to collective bargaining for employees of the Washington state bar association; amending RCW 41.56.020; and repealing 1993 c 76 s 1 (uncodified).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
Sec. 1. RCW 41.56.020 and 1993 c 76 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:
This chapter shall
apply to any county or municipal corporation, or any political subdivision of
the state of Washington, including district courts and superior courts, except
as otherwise provided by RCW 54.04.170, 54.04.180, and chapters 41.59, 47.64,
and 53.18 RCW. The Washington state patrol shall be considered a public employer
of state patrol officers appointed under RCW 43.43.020. The Washington state
((supreme court may provide by rule that the Washington state)) bar
association shall be considered a public employer of its employees.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. 1993 c 76 s 1 (uncodified) is repealed.
