Modifying
provisions regarding shipping wine.
AN ACT Relating to
shipments of wine; amending RCW 66.12.210; and prescribing penalties.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE
LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
Sec. 1. RCW 66.12.210 and 1991 c
149 s 3 are each amended to read as follows:
((Pickup, delivery,
or)) Acceptance of any container of wine, by a person, that is
shipped into this state to a person from a person who is not licensed as
provided in RCW 66.12.190, shall constitute a civil violation and be subject to
the penalties imposed by chapter 66.44 RCW.
