Removing the sunset provisions from the
naturopathy statutes.
AN ACT Relating to removing the termination
provisions for naturopathy; and repealing RCW 18.36A.910 and 18.36A.911.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF
WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.
The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:
(1) RCW
18.36A.910 and 1990 c 297 s 11 & 1987 c 447 s 21; and
(2) RCW
18.36A.911 and 1990 c 297 s 12 & 1987 c 447 s 22.
