    AN ACT Relating to funding for seismic retrofitting of transportation facilities; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  Funding for seismic retrofitting of transportation facilities is of paramount importance to the people of this state.
