Correcting a repeal and amendment related to flood plain management appeals.

          AN ACT Relating to correcting a repeal and amendment related to flood plain management appeals; amending 1987 c 523 s 12 (uncodified); and reenacting RCW 86.16.110.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  RCW 86.16.110 and 1991 c 322 s 11 are each reenacted to read as follows:

          Any person, association, or corporation, public, municipal, or private, feeling aggrieved at any order, decision, or determination of the department or director pursuant to this chapter, affecting his or her interest, may have the same reviewed pursuant to RCW 43.21B.310.

        Sec. 2.  1987 c 523 s 12 (uncodified) is amended to read as follows:

          The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

          (1) Section 9, chapter 159, Laws of 1935 and RCW 86.16.027;

          (2) Section 5, chapter 159, Laws of 1935 and RCW 86.16.030;

          (3) Section 11, chapter 159, Laws of 1935 and RCW 86.16.040;
