          AN ACT Relating to retail sales and use tax on motor vehicle fuels; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  This act shall be known as the retail sales and use tax on motor vehicle fuels act of 1993.
