Establishing a Washington state trade office in the Russian Far East.

          AN ACT Relating to trade and economic development; and adding a new section to chapter 43.31 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.31 RCW to read as follows:

          The department shall establish a Washington state trade office in the Russian Far East.
