    BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That the House of Representatives meet the Senate in Joint Session on Wednesday, January 12, 1994, at 11:30 a.m. in the House chamber, for the purpose of receiving an address from the Chief Justice of the state Supreme Court, James Anderson.
